Bastion Health is seeking a Telehealth Primary Care Physician to join its virtual clinical network on a contract (1099) basis. You will deliver virtual primary care visits, evaluate and treat adults, order tests, prescribe meds, and coordinate care across multi-state licenses.
The ideal candidate has board certification in Family or Internal Medicine, a valid DEA, and 3+ years in primary care. Strong virtual communication and Athena EMR proficiency are preferred.
