Physician – Telemedicine Weight Loss – Remote/Contract - $35

Suitable for licensed physicians with primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine experience seeking part-time or supplemental work.
Quick Facts
- Location: Remote (Work from home)
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed & available
- Job Duration: Contract, ongoing opportunities
- Shift: Flexible; preferred blocks of 4-5 hours
- Hours/week: Variable, 3-4 consults per hour (up to 20 hours/week possible)
- Employment Type: Contract
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid medical license in your practicing state
- Experience: Prior primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine experience preferred
- Compensation: $35.00 per telemedicine consultation (~15-20 minutes each)
- Supervision Bonus: $10.00 per consult supervising NP/PA
- Additional Benefits: Flexible scheduling, work remotely, supportive team environment
- Conduct 15-20 minute telemedicine consultations for weight management using semaglutide/tirzepatide.
- Complete notes, approve prescriptions, and recommend initial dosing post-consultation.
- Support Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants through optional supervision.
- Collaborate with staff to coordinate patient appointments and support patient care.
- Maintain a professional environment conducive to quality virtual care.
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients remotely.
- Valid medical license in practicing state (EM, FM, IM preferred).
- Experience in primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine.
- Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and EMR systems.
- Strong communication, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Reliable internet and a quiet, professional workspace for telemedicine.
