Radiology Partners, Indiana (NWIR) is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Remote Overnight General/Emergency Radiologist to support several Northwest Indiana locations. This full-time position offers a desirable 7on/14off schedule, providing exceptional work-life balance with extended time off between rotations. The role involves interpreting a dynamic case mix including STAT, ER, and trauma cases, utilizing advanced AI technology for optimized workflow. Practice Info
- Remote position, allowing radiologists to practice from anywhere
- Support for several Northwest Indiana locations
- Leverages Radiology Partners' Mosaic AI Operating System for workflow optimization
- Part of Radiology Partners, Indiana (NWIR), a 40-member sub-specialized private radiology practice
- Serves Franciscan Health, covering 7 hospitals and multiple outpatient imaging centers, including a Level III Trauma Center
- Physician-led and physician-owned practice
Responsibilities
- Cover 122 shifts per year
- Perform all diagnostic interpretations including STAT, ER, and trauma cases
- Support emergency and inpatient imaging needs during overnight hours
- Interpret CT, MRI, ultrasound, and plain films from busy emergency departments and inpatient services
Compensation
- Highly competitive compensation package
- Up to $100K starting bonus
- $4,500 per shift
- $550K Base Salary
- Incentive Compensation

- One Year-Partnership Track Position-No Buy In
- Additional Moonlighting available
- Fellowship Stipends available

Shift & Schedule
- Overnight/3rd Shift
- Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
- 7on/14off schedule
- 122 Shifts per year
- Overnight Shift: 10pm - 7am CST
- No Call Duty
Requirements
- Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
- Ability to obtain an Indiana license
- New Graduates Welcome
- Fellowship in Emergency Medicine is preferred but not required
