Jefferson Radiology is seeking Remote Emergency Radiologists to join their growing practice in Connecticut, with flexible daytime, evening, and overnight opportunities. This role involves interpreting studies in emergency settings, including Level I trauma center studies, and acute inpatient studies. Practice Info
- 90+ physician sub-specialty group practice with 400+ non-physician staff members
- Covers multiple imaging centers, community hospitals, and tertiary-academic centers
- Maintains subspecialized support for complex or unfamiliar cases
- Offers a 20-person onsite radiology residency program with opportunities for teaching and academic engagement
- Utilizes a modern, efficient, and tech-forward work environment with Clario platform and RP's MosaicOS AI-enabled platform
- Provides a 24/7 support team for logistics and clinician communications
Responsibilities
- Interpret studies in emergency settings, including Level I trauma center studies in an urban setting
- Interpret acute inpatient studies
- Develop new programs and consider extensive network collaborations (for leaders)
- Engage in teaching and academic activities through the onsite radiology residency program
Compensation
- Commencement and/or retention bonuses up to $150,000 collectively
- Salary Range with a base of $625,000 for on-site and $600,000 for remote with productivity incentives upwards to $1,000,000 annually
- Commencement and/or Retention bonuses up to $100,000 collectively
- One-year partnership track
- Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

Shift & Schedule
- Overnight/3rd Shift
- Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
- Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST & weekend commitments
- 7on/7off and 7on/14off schedule options available for day, evening, and overnight shifts
- Evening shift: flexible hours generally covering 5pm-12am EST
- Overnight shift: 11pm-7am EST
Requirements
- Comfortable interpreting studies in emergency settings, including Level I trauma center studies
- Excels in high-acuity overnight settings
- MD or DO
- Licensed or ability to obtain medical license in the State of Connecticut and Massachusetts
- BE/BC, A or AO
- Residency Trained, ACGME Accredited Radiology Program
- Neuro training (for additional opportunities with late evening neuro shift)
- Leadership abilities and interest (considered an asset)
