Overview

Value-based Staff Physician role to work 24 hours per week on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Manage chronic conditions of a small high-risk geriatric panel with a supportive team structure. The Physician delivers primary health care and patient care management in a residential setting.

• Experience in Geriatrics or complex patients preferred
• Active/unrestricted medical license and DEA
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• EMR experience
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
