Psychiatrist (MD) – Physician Opportunity This position can be 100% remote.

Behavioral Health Clinic (BHC) is growing, and we're looking for a Psychiatrist (MD) who wants to do more than practice medicine.

Physician Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an MD who is interested not only in providing excellent patient care but also in helping build and strengthen psychiatric services as BHC grows.

Depending on experience and interest, the physician may have opportunities to participate in:

  • Clinical mentorship of psychiatric providers
  • Recruitment and onboarding of physicians
  • Development of psychiatric clinical standards and evidence-based practices
  • Quality improvement and patient care initiatives
  • Psychiatric program development and expansion
  • Collaboration with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
  • Physician education and clinical consultation
  • Development of psychiatric services across Wisconsin
  • Future advancement into a Medical Director or physician leadership role

Clinical Practice

Physicians may tailor their practice based on their experience, interests, and availability.

Clinical responsibilities may include:

Qualifications

Required:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
