Job Summary

HCA Florida Healthcare is seeking an OB/GYN to join an independent, physician‑owned private practice in Orlando, Florida.

Specialization:
Obstetrics and Gynecology

• Active and unrestricted Florida License (or ability to obtain a Florida License)
• Board Certified or Eligible in OB/GYN
• New resident graduates welcome

• $50,000 sign‑on bonus
• Highly competitive base salary (adjustable based on prior experience and certification)

• Low volume, low risk patient panels; number of OB deliveries are capped each month.
• Limited call: 1:5 home‑based call with hospitalist backup on each unit 24/7
• Practice delivers at level 2 NICU hospitals only; high‑risk pregnancies are referred out.
• Only four clinic days per week with no weekend or late‑night clinic.
• Two thriving office locations in Winter Park and Lake Nona.
• Each location currently has four physicians, covering a single hospital.
