Join a well-established private practice serving the Abrazo health system in Phoenix, AZ, as a Diagnostic Radiologist. This role offers a unique opportunity for a no-call position with strong volume and exceptional schedule flexibility. Physicians can choose between onsite coverage at Abrazo West Campus or Abrazo Arrowhead Campus, or a remote teleradiology position, with potential earnings approaching $1M.
Practice Info
- Well-established private practice embedded within a major integrated health system
- Coverage across 9 Abrazo facilities, including 6 hospitals, 2 free-standing emergency centers, and 1 micro-hospital, with a Level I Trauma Center
- Broad, clinically rich case mix across a large, integrated system
- 24/7 reading room and IT support
- Sectra PACS and Powerscribe 1 with AI implementation coming soon
- Modern imaging infrastructure across all 9 facilities
Responsibilities
- Read for a broad, clinically rich case mix across 9 Abrazo facilities
- Shape your schedule to fit your life
- Practice hands-on, facility-based with direct clinical collaboration (for onsite position)
- Work from a fully equipped home reading station provided by the group (for remote position)
Compensation
- Compensation structured well above the 90th percentile by wRVU
- Expected annual earnings approaching $1M for physicians working at full volume
- Flexible volumes with up to 13 wRVUs per hour if desired
- Sign-on bonus offered
- Relocation bonus offered
Benefits
- Generous 12 weeks of PTO per year
Shift & Schedule
- No nights, no weekends, no call
- Daytime hours only: approximately 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. AZ time
- Approximately 40-42 weeks of daytime coverage per year; specific weeks determined by mutual agreement
- Flexible volumes
Requirements
- MD or DO with A board certification or board eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology
- Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain
- Comfortable with general diagnostic radiology across a multi-facility environment
- Suitable home reading environment (for teleradiology candidates)
