Provide comprehensive neonatal care for infants in a 32-bed Level III NICU Manage care for babies from a busy obstetric service supporting roughly 4,000 deliveries annually Support and perform neonatal procedures with hands-on expertise Collaborate with a team of 2 Neonatologists and 2 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners during daytime hours Participate in home-based night call while ensuring in-house coverage between shifts Work within a team-oriented, supportive environment with a focus on high-quality, compassionate care Engage in mentorship and professional growth opportunities, especially valuable for new graduates What You Need:
Medical license in Kentucky (or eligible to obtain) Board certification or eligibility in Neonatology Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Strong communication and clinical skills Residency training in Neonatology About the Assignment:
