What You’ll Do:
- Partner with the Regional Medical Director to enhance clinical quality and operations
- Support physician onboarding, education, and development
- Help shape department strategy and culture
- Foster collaboration with nursing, hospital leadership, and subspecialists
- Maintain a clinical role with flexible scheduling options

- Board-certified Pediatrician

- Passion for Pediatric Hospital Medicine
- Commitment to quality and patient safety
- PHM fellowship welcome, but not required
- Daily census: 20-30 shared by two physicians + APP in summer months and 30-50 by three physicians + APP in winter months
- Physician 12-hours day shift covering unit across physicians from 6a to 7p Team participates in rotation of paid home-based support night call to APP team
- Outstanding pediatric subspecialty support; 24/7 in-house specialists in PED, PICU and CVICU Meditech EMR
