General​/Emergency Radiologist

RP Florida, a Radiology Partners practice, is seeking board-eligible or board-certified General/Emergency Radiologists for flexible, remote 1099 opportunities. Clinicians enjoy the freedom to work from home with customizable shift options and no minimum work-volume thresholds. The role features a diverse case mix encompassing outpatient, ER, and inpatient reads across Florida communities. This position offers schedule autonomy backed by dedicated clinical and technical support.

• Remote work location in Florida
• RP Florida serves 8 HCA hospitals and multiple freestanding emergency rooms across the Greater Tampa region and Florida's Gulf Coast
• Diverse case mix includes outpatient, ER, and inpatient reads

Compensation

• Competitive compensation rates based on daytime, evening, or overnight shift times
• Salary range of $500,000 - $1,000,000

Shift & Schedule

• Part-time (0-29 hrs/week)
• Rotating/Float schedule
• Flexible work model with a choice of full shifts (8-9 hours) or short shifts (4 hours)
• Choose your own shifts when it works best for you

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
• Residency trained in Diagnostic Radiology
• Board-eligible or board-certified by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
• Florida license required or the ability to obtain a license in the state of Florida
