Recruit Well is partnering with a leading multispecialty group in Florida to recruit a Day Hawk Radiologist for a 100% remote, non-partnership position based out of Lakeland, FL, allowing clinicians to work from anywhere in the U.S. This role features a 7on / 7off rotation and a flexible schedule designed to support excellent work-life balance. Compensation

• $450,000

Shift & Schedule

• Weekdays: 11am-7pm (Mon-Fri)
• Weekends: 8am-6pm (Sat-Sun)

Requirements

• General diagnostic radiologist comfortable with urgent care and outpatient studies
• Proficiency in X-ray, MRI, CT, fluoroscopy, and ultrasound
• Subspecialty training in Neuro, Body, or MSK preferred
