UPMC Primary Care is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join Hickory Internal Medicine in Hermitage, PA. In this full-time outpatient role, clinicians provide patient-centered care with dedicated administrative time and light home-based call. UPMC offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including retirement plans and PSLF eligibility.
Practice Info
- A single-site outpatient only practice located in the UPMC Hermitage Outpatient Center with several other primary care practices
- 36 hours of patient facing time Mon-Fri with 4 hours of administrative time per week
- Light call schedule taken from home
- No inpatient call
- Easy referrals to social work, behavioral health, nutritionists and UPMC's network of specialists
- A team of administrative professionals handles practice operations
Compensation
- Base salary compensation with the opportunity to earn additional incentives, including a quality-based Value Incentive Plan, and panel incentive

Requirements
- Medical Degree (MD/DO)
- Accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program Completion
- Board-certified in Internal Medicine (or board-eligible for residency new graduates)
- Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License (or ability to obtain)
- DEA Certification
- A commitment to patient-centered care and excellent interpersonal skills are essential
