• Lead the design and execution of clinical studies, including investigator-initiated trials, registries, and translational research collaborations.
• Develop evidence-generation strategies supporting CLIA validation, clinical adoption, and reimbursement pathways.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in head & neck oncology and academic centers.

• MD with fellowship training in Medical or Surgical Oncology.
• Subspecialty expertise in Head & Neck Oncology.
• Proven experience in clinical trials, publications, and scientific presentations.

• Recognized thought leader in head & neck oncology.
• Strong academic rigor and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to translate complex science into clinical and business applications.
