Senior Doc is hiring a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to deliver mobile, home-based primary care to older adults across home, assisted living, and SNF settings. Ideal for physicians who want meaningful patient relationships, flexibility, and a value-based care model.

What You’ll Do

Provide mobile primary care to seniors
Manage a patient panel
Treat chronic and complex geriatric conditions
Collaborate with psychiatry, neurology, palliative care & care coordinators
Maintain EMR documentation and support quality initiatives

Requirements

MD/DO; BC/BE in IM, FM, or Geriatrics
Active state license (or ability to obtain)
