ASAP Pay Rate: $250000.00 - $310000.00

Practice innovative, relationship-based medicine while supporting patients within some of the nation's most respected health systems, including Mayo Clinic, Cedars-Sinai, Mass General Brigham, Hackensack Meridian Health, and Hartford Health Care.

This is not traditional telemedicine. Physicians provide longitudinal primary care as part of integrated health system networks, maintaining continuity of care, access to specialists, referrals, and Epic-based medical records.

Immediate Hiring Priorities

We are actively recruiting physicians with active licensure in:

New Jersey (NJ), Massachusetts (MA), North Carolina (NC), South Carolina (SC), Wisconsin (WI), and Minnesota (MN).

Multi-state licensure and Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) eligibility are strongly preferred.

The Model

Advanced AI tools assist with chart review, patient history, care gap identification, clinical insights, and documentation, allowing physicians to spend more time focused on patient care and less time on administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Passion for patient-centered, technology-enabled care
