Bilingual Telehealth Physician — Remote, Care Pilot

Wider Circle is seeking a Telehealth Physician to join the Wider Care+ pilot. You will conduct Shared Medical Appointments and individual intake visits to establish focused, humane care plans for older adults and complex populations.

The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, collaboration with care navigators and CHWs, and a flexible remote schedule. A board-certified/eligible FM/IM/Geriatrics physician with AZ licensure is preferred.
