Telehealth Clinician; NP, PA or Physician Remote

Virtual Care AI is a telehealth platform focused on personalized, continuous medication management. We combine technology, patient-reported data, and licensed clinician oversight to make treatment more accessible and responsive.

We're seeking Illinois-licensed Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Physicians to provide virtual care through our platform.

• Conduct virtual patient consultations and follow-up visits.
• Review patient medical histories, symptoms, and treatment progress.
• Evaluate treatment options and prescribe medications when clinically appropriate.
• Review asynchronous patient check-ins and respond to patient messages.
• Monitor medication effectiveness, side effects, and treatment adherence.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Follow applicable telehealth, prescribing, and patient safety requirements.

• Active, unrestricted Illinois APRN, PA, MD, or DO license.
• Active DEA registration authorizing controlled-substance prescribing in Illinois. Required.
• Active Illinois Controlled Substance License appropriate to professional designation and authorized schedules. Required.
• Valid National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Appropriate prescribing authority within professional scope of practice.
• Illinois APRN Full Practice Authority (FPA) or applicable collaborative agreement, where required.
• Applicable physician collaboration or delegation arrangements for Physician Assistants.
• Registration with, or eligibility to access, the Illinois Prescription Monitoring Program (ILPMP).
• Ability to comply with Illinois electronic prescribing and controlled-substance regulations.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with digital healthcare platforms.

Telehealth experience is preferred but not required. Newly licensed clinicians are welcome if they meet the licensing, DEA, and applicable prescribing requirements.
