Onsite Event Facilitator

Infinity Ed seeks 2-3 volunteers focused in education, facilitation, and events management for our Summer Community Events programming.

Infinity Ed is based in Wilbraham, MA on Nipmuc, Pocumtuc, and Agawam land territories. We provide in-center, at-home, and online personalized tutoring sessions, educational programs, and academic mentorship to elementary, middle school, high school, and college-level students based on their areas of need or interest.

We seek 2-3 volunteers focused in education, facilitation, and events management for our Summer Community Events programming.

With the possibility of working beyond our summer programming, we are looking for a confident, engaging, and adaptable person who has experience working with youth in learning and events spaces that embody learning, play, and connection.

Our volunteers are high school or college‑age, or recently graduated, looking for credited work, resume experience, or freelance interest in growing with an education services company. Events include Game Night, Movie Night, Book Club, Chess Club, Creative Writing Open Hours, Slime Days, Open Call Registration Nights, and more. The candidate will build programs and themed events for our students, clients, and possible connections through networking.

Location

It is required for this position to be on site and cannot be considered for a remote position as all events are hosted at Infinity Ed learning center in Wilbraham, MA.

Schedule
:
Based on Summer Events Programming schedule. Weekend and evening availability required.

Experience
: 1 year experience teaching, tutoring, and facilitating in learning spaces (Preferred).
