The Education Coordinator supports students’ success by tracking progress, setting academic goals, and providing guidance to ensure a positive learning experience.

Position Information :This is a regular, full-time position , reporting to the Sales Support Manager .
Compensation :
Base pay is anticipated to be between $ 15.87 and $ 17 .00 per hour. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Evaluate diagnostic testing to assess new students' academic readiness and recommend appropriate course selections.
- Guide new students and their families through onboarding and developing comprehensive graduation plans.
- Monitor academic progress using grade reports and other evaluation tools, providing regular updates to students and parents .
- Advise students on academic management, motivation, and engagement strategies as needed.
- Research and implement strategies to enhance student academic experiences.
- Drive student retention efforts by promoting re-enrollment initiatives.
- Manage administrative tasks related to student registration and record maintenance, including document preparation (e.g., transcripts, enrollment reports, official letters).
- Collaborate with school districts to identify and fulfill needs-based services that support student success.
- Develop process improvements and training documentation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
