• Develop and execute a global strategy for educator‑focused programs to drive connection and collaboration

• Establish and maintain relationships within the educational community to develop shared goals
• Conduct ongoing industry research on learning integrity and responsible use of AI
• Create and manage cross‑functional projects, ensuring alignment and impact across teams

• 5+ years of experience in educator engagement, customer experience, or program management, preferably within edtech or higher education
• Direct experience working with educators or academic institutions
• Proven ability to design and implement measurable educator engagement programs
• Strong track record of stakeholder engagement and collaboration across diverse teams
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills

• Familiarity with instructional design or experience working alongside teaching and learning professionals
• Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with skills in leveraging emerging technologies
