As a stealth‑mode startup, we’re looking for a proven MTSS leader with hands‑on experience implementing and overseeing district‑wide intervention frameworks. Although you’ll work with our AI‑driven system instead of conventional frameworks, your thorough knowledge of MTSS workflows, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement will be critical as districts adopt this superior methodology.

• Creating and carrying out district‑level implementation roadmaps that maximize adoption rates of our MTSS framework
• Facilitating dynamic professional development sessions that empower educators to confidently and enthusiastically use our solution
• Tracking implementation milestones and reviewing student performance metrics to confirm districts meet their objectives
• Collaborating with district leadership to address obstacles and refine their student support initiatives
• Conducting on‑site training that cultivates lasting partnerships with critical stakeholders

• Building bespoke, one‑time solutions when our proven, standardized framework is what districts need
• Spending time on post‑launch account management instead of ensuring robust initial adoption
• Becoming overwhelmed by administrative tasks at the expense of measurable impact
• Serving just one district when your role involves deployment across numerous school systems

• At least 2 years experience in MTSS/RTI program coordination or leadership roles (e.g., MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, Special Education Program Administrator)
• Experience analyzing student performance data and providing actionable insights
• Located in the United States and willing to travel up to 30% for on‑site training
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
