Job Title: Learning Experience Facilitator

Compensation: $25–$27 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, Core hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM CST, 100% remote

Our client is seeking an engaging and confident Learning Experience Facilitator to support virtual onboarding and leadership development programs. This role plays a key part in delivering consistent, high-impact learning experiences for leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong virtual facilitation skills, a hospitality mindset, and the ability to manage learning programs in a remote environment.

• Facilitate virtual instructor-led training sessions focused on onboarding and leadership development
• Complete a structured certification process to become an approved facilitator for designated programs
• Lead recurring, multi-day virtual learning sessions and ensure a high-quality participant experience
• Partner with subject matter experts to support content delivery and co-facilitation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for learners during training sessions
• Coordinate participant communications, materials, and session logistics
• Update and maintain learning sessions within the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Track attendance, completions, and learner feedback
• Compile and summarize survey data to support continuous program improvement
• Manage program-related email communications, including reminders and follow-ups
• Respond to inquiries related to learning and onboarding programs via shared inboxes

• Experience facilitating virtual instructor-led training (VILT/ViLT) sessions
• Background in learning & development, training delivery, onboarding, or leadership programs
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and Forms
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote setting
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with diverse teams
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Prior hospitality industry experience strongly preferred
