- Solid understanding of user-centered design processes, accessibility, and usability principles.
- A learner-focused, empathetic mindset with a strong sense of responsibility for student success, combined with the resilience and patience needed to support learners through challenging phases of their learning journey.
- Native-level or minimum C1 level English speaker.
- Familiarity with design systems, handoff processes, and collaboration with engineering teams.
- Experience reviewing or building UX/UI portfolios and preparing designers for the job market.
- Interest in emerging topics such as AI-assisted design tools or data-informed design decisions.
