Instructional System Designer

This is a 100% REMOTE position that will be a long-term contract/freelance opportunity with the potential to turn into a permanent FTE role after 6-12 months if desired by the employee.

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Consulting Instructional System Designer to join our dynamic Tech Services team. This role is integral to our mission of providing cutting-edge technology solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing engaging, effective learning experiences for our diverse client base. This is an opportunity to leverage your creativity and expertise in instructional design, while staying at the forefront of the rapidly evolving tech industry.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design with Articulate
• Expertise in Articulate and Articulate Storyline is essential.
• Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
• Experience as a content developer is a huge plus
• Experience creating courseware or instructional courses for a banking or financial industry is preferred.
