In this pivotal role, you will support instructors, facilitate effective communication, and foster academic success in a virtual setting. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist instructors in preparing and delivering course materials, assignments, and resources.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback on student assignments and discussions.
  • Facilitate engaging online discussions and actively respond to student inquiries.
  • Support students with academic guidance, clarifying course expectations and content.
  • Maintain clear and professional written and verbal communication with students and faculty.
  • Assist in grading, tracking student progress, and preparing reports for instructors.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive virtual classroom culture.

    Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with online learning platforms and digital collaboration tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in postsecondary education, tutoring, or academic support roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for supporting diverse learners.
  • Ability to work independently and as a proactive team member in a remote environment.

  • Experience as a teaching assistant in higher education settings.
  • Background in educational technology or instructional design.
  • Familiarity with accessible and inclusive teaching practices.
