Position DescriptionRepresent Texas Tech University both on and off campus to prospective students, parents, staff, and faculty of colleges and universities to attract quality applicants and achieve enrollment goals. Coordinate and contribute to the success of various visit schedules for colleges and universities in the assigned area. Plan assigned recruiting events and programs. Counsel prospective applicants on the admissions process and opportunities at the university.

- Present Virtual Presentations for students inquiring about TTU and Admitted Students - 30%
- Plan and Execute Virtual Student Appointment Events for all partnership Community Colleges - 30%
- Connect immediately with new inquiries and student appointment requests to help them with major choices, goals for the degree, and the application - 30%
- Plan and implement a full, organized recruitment schedule for potential TTU Online students - 10%
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to learn and utilize customer relationship software, Salesforce.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of admissions policies and procedures, enrollment goals, university facts, knowledge of recruitment market, and proficient use of admissions and recruitment technology.
- Working knowledge of higher education recruitment and admissions.
Bachelor's degree plus one year related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience to equal five years.
This position requires eligibility to drive TTU vehicles, including a valid U.S. driver license and two years of driving experience.
Preferred Qualifications- Sales and territory management experience.
- Experience with presenting to large audiences.
- Experience in admissions desirable.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
- Customer service experience.
Adherence to robust safety practices and compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations are responsibilities of all TTU employees.

Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as the institutional pay plan.
