Position Description
Provides excellent signature service experience to prospective students to Texas Tech University Online to drive strategic enrollment growth. Leads efforts to assist prospective transfer students in understanding how their existing credits apply toward degree completion ys a key role in guiding the largest population of TTU Online undergraduate students toward the most efficient and cost-effective degree pathways, ensuring they maximize transferable credits and achieve their bachelor's degrees as quickly and affordably as possible.

- Reach out to all new student appointment requests to set up a time to review their educational goals and create a degree plan including microcredentials and PLA to get them to those goals as efficiently as possible. 50%
- Develop prospective degree plans that are agreed upon with the prospective students. 30%
- Ensure all prospective degree plans are saved in Salesforce for OSAs and appointments/calls are logged. 10%
- Attend and present at Online Degree Pathway virtual presentations to encourage students to take part in the service. 10%
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn and utilize customer relationship software, Salesforce. Demonstrate working knowledge of admissions and academic advising policies and procedures, and proficient use of admissions technology. Excellent time management, organization, critical thinking, and efficiency skills. Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree plus one year related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience to equal five years. This position requires eligibility to drive TTU vehicles, including a valid U.S. driver license and two years of driving experience.
Preferred Qualifications- Working knowledge of higher education admissions and academic advising.
- Fast paced degree planning experience where accuracy is required with multiple Online degrees from various colleges within the university.
- Experience in academic advising desirable.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
- Customer service experience.
