Education Specialist- Remote

• Manage and coordinate various educational interventions from planning to implementation
• Develop and enhance educational materials in collaboration with faculty members
• Track and analyze operational data to ensure the quality of educational programs
• Provide clerical and technical support to participants and faculty involved in education initiatives
• Assist with grant development and reporting, including writing and coordinating with partner organizations

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a health-related field
• 1-3 years of work experience in a health-related field and/or project support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, survey software, and database applications
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills

• Experience in leveraging technology to enhance educational content delivery
• Familiarity with accreditation processes and grant writing
• Previous involvement in health professions education or training programs
• Ability to conduct engaging presentations at conferences and educational venues
