Team Kids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.

This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Dedicated space just for Team Kids. Use of school oval, grass area, play equipment + basketball court.

6:30 AM – 8:45 AM + 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM + 6.75 hours admin.

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.

All Team Kids leadership roles are assessed based on the complexity and size of the service. Final salary is confirmed during offer, aligned to our internal salary bands and the Children’s Services Award.
