- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or related field;
Master’s preferred - Minimum of two years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare
- Proven experience using ISD principles for adult education programs
- Familiarity with virtual education programs, including live and asynchronous formats
- Experience in evaluating curriculum documents and instructional delivery procedures
- Strong oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with continuing medical education or health professions training
- Background in instructional design for multimedia and traditional training systems
