• Develop and design instructional resources and educational materials for various health professions
• Utilize Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles to create multimedia and virtual education programs
• Collaborate with faculty to enhance teaching strategies and instructional delivery in online learning environments
• Monitor and evaluate educational interventions to ensure continuous improvement
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members for effective instructional material development

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or a related field;
  Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare
• Proven experience with Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles for adult education programs
• Familiarity with virtual education programs, including live and asynchronous formats
• Experience in evaluating curriculum documents and instructional delivery methods

• Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with continuing medical education or health professions training programs
• Knowledge of emerging educational technologies and trends in instructional design
