What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and evaluate instructional resources using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles
Create and enhance educational materials for various health professions and training programs
Track operational data and monitor the effectiveness of educational interventions
Provide coaching and mentoring to faculty and education teams on instructional strategies
Integrate technology into educational programs and support faculty in virtual instruction

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or related field;
Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of two years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare
Proven experience with Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles
Experience with virtual education programs, including both live and asynchronous formats
Strong oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with continuing medical education or health professions education
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and multimedia development tools
Knowledge of accreditation standards and reporting requirements
