- Develop and evaluate instructional resources using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles
- Collaborate with faculty to enhance educational materials and learning communities
- Design and implement virtual and multimedia education programs for health professionals
- Track and monitor operational data for continual improvement of educational interventions
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team personnel in the creation and design of instructional materials
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or related field;
Master’s degree preferred - Minimum of two years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare
- Proven experience using ISD principles for adult education programs
- Familiarity with virtual education programs, including live and asynchronous formats
- Experience in evaluating curriculum documents and instructional delivery procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in continuing medical education or health professions
- Knowledge of emerging educational technologies and instructional technology support
