What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and evaluate instructional resources using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles
  • Collaborate with faculty and education staff to enhance educational materials and didactics
  • Engage with participants to build and maintain learning communities for educational interventions
  • Track operational data and reports for continuous improvement of educational programs
  • Integrate technology into educational offerings and provide instructional technology support
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or related field;
    Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Proven experience using ISD principles for multimedia and traditional training systems
  • Experience with virtual education programs, including live and asynchronous formats
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in continuing medical education or health professions
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and instructional technology tools
  • Ability to mentor and coach team members in instructional design practices
