As an Apprentice on our Product Go‑to‑Market team
, you will help shape, build, and execute go‑to‑market strategies and product‑led growth initiatives for our Digital Banking Platform. Your work will empower financial institutions to fully leverage Jack Henry’s digital products, improving operational efficiency, elevating user experience, and expanding access for consumers. You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and operations teams to ensure our release cadence aligns seamlessly with our Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).

Ultimately, your contributions will accelerate customer adoption and strengthen the ability of community banks and credit unions to compete in a rapidly evolving fintech landscape.

This role may be performed remotely or from any Jack Henry office. Compensation is $25.00/hour for a full‑time schedule of 40 hours per week

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Conduct research across Digital teams to understand business goals, system models, and customer needs, translating insights into compelling messaging that supports revenue‑generating product offerings.
  • Contribute to naming, pricing, and positioning for new products and feature enhancements to ensure alignment with Jack Henry’s broader portfolio.
  • Advance our product narrative by clearly communicating feature value and the benefits of new releases to customers.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and customer‑facing teams to support a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop trusted advisory partnerships with strategically selected customers and coordinate cross‑functional support to drive customer success.
  • Assist sales teams by providing timely answers and resources for product‑related inquiries.
  • Support documentation efforts, including platform performance updates, product insights and comparisons, and strategic storytelling materials.
What You’ll Need to Have
  • Background in product marketing, go‑to‑market strategy, or product‑led growth, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to consult, present, and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience working across teams and contributing to shared goals in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to self‑start, self‑serve, and work independently in a remote setting.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.
