• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or related field;
  Master’s degree preferred
• At least two years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare
• Proven experience with ISD principles and multimedia education programs for adults
• Familiarity with virtual education programs, including live and asynchronous formats
• Experience evaluating curriculum documents and instructional delivery procedures

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience in continuing medical education or health professions training
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and educational technologies
