Instructional Design Specialist

• Develop and implement instructional design activities for various educational interventions
• Collaborate with faculty and education staff to create and enhance educational materials
• Engage participants to build and maintain effective learning communities
• Track and monitor operational data to ensure continual improvement of educational programs
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team personnel in instructional design practices

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or a related field;
  Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare
• Proven experience using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles for adult education programs
• Familiarity with virtual education programs, including live and asynchronous formats
• Experience in evaluating curriculum documents and instructional delivery procedures

• Experience with continuing medical education or health professions
• Strong oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of emerging educational technologies and their application in instructional design
