- Track trends in educational technology and implement emerging educational technologies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or related field;
Master’s degree preferred - Minimum of two years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare
- Proven experience using ISD principles for adult education programs
- Experience with virtual education programs, including live and asynchronous formats
- Strong oral and written communication skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with continuing medical education or health professions training
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and graphic/multimedia development tools
- Previous involvement in education interventions for underserved populations
