• Develop and evaluate instructional resources for various educational interventions in healthcare
• Apply Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles to create multimedia education programs
• Collaborate with faculty to enhance educational materials and teaching strategies
• Track and monitor operational data to improve educational interventions continuously
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to ensure timely development of instructional materials

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or related field;
  Master’s degree in Instructional Design preferred
• At least two years of instructional design experience, particularly in adult education programs
• Proven experience using ISD principles for developing multimedia and traditional training systems
• Experience with virtual education programs, including live and asynchronous formats
• Strong oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders

• Experience with continuing medical education or health professions training
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and instructional technology
• Knowledge of accreditation standards in educational programs
• Experience in evaluating curriculum documents and instructional delivery
• Background in health care or working with vulnerable populations
