Instructional Design Specialist

• Develop and design instructional resources using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles for multimedia education programs
• Provide evaluation and support for curriculum documents and instructional delivery procedures
• Collaborate with faculty to enhance educational materials and teaching strategies in a web-based learning environment
• Track and monitor operational data to ensure continual improvement of educational interventions
• Coach and mentor team members in the timely design and development of instructional materials

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or related field;
  Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare or for health professionals
• Proven experience using ISD principles for multimedia and traditional training systems in adult education
• Familiarity with virtual education programs and continuing medical education
• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Experience with live and asynchronous virtual education programs
• Knowledge of current trends in educational and instructional technology
• Background working with diverse populations in health care settings
• Experience in coaching faculty and staff in instructional design practices
• Ability to integrate technology into traditional courses
