- Create instructional web pages, online courses, and supportive learning materials
- Track operational data and monitor the effectiveness of educational interventions
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members in instructional design and development
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or related field;
Master’s degree preferred - Minimum of two years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare
- Proven experience with ISD principles in developing multimedia and traditional training systems
- Experience with virtual education programs, including live and asynchronous formats
- Strong oral and written communication skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with continuing medical education or health professions training programs
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and instructional technology
Skills in graphic/multimedia development tools - Knowledge of accreditation standards in health education
- Ability to motivate faculty to adopt innovative learning styles
