You've already achieved excellence—whether in athletics, performance arts, or professional settings. Now you're positioned to channel that high achievement into meaningful impact. As a Student Success Advisor at GT Anywhere, you'll coach students toward an unexpected outcome: genuine enthusiasm for learning, accelerated progress, and development into capable, independent thinkers. You'll do this work remotely from any global location.
GT Anywhere operates as a virtual institution serving gifted students prepared for acceleration. We combine AI-driven curriculum delivery with personalized coaching to provide what conventional education cannot: unlimited academic velocity, rigorous depth across sciences and humanities, and connection with intellectually matched peers. In this Student Success Advisor role, you'll coach 3rd–8th grade students pursuing faster advancement. Content instruction isn't your responsibility—our technology manages that function.
You serve as the coach who cultivates confidence, maintains high standards, and helps students uncover their true capabilities. Each coaching interaction carries weight. Every achievement milestone matters.
If you've reached elite performance levels—in competitive sports, performing arts, research, or business—and want to guide the next generation toward similar achievement, this position is designed for you.
What You Will Be Doing- Conducting biweekly 1:1 virtual coaching sessions with each student, centered on academic planning, motivation strategies, and growth mindset development
- Hosting open office hours where students access on-demand support, encouragement, and problem-solving assistance
- Leveraging AI-powered tools and performance dashboards to monitor student advancement, surface obstacles, and refine coaching tactics
- Documenting observations, concerns, and tactical adjustments to keep each student progressing on an accelerated growth path
- Partnering with colleagues to exchange effective strategies, elevate issues requiring attention, and continuously refine the coaching framework
- Conducting lessons, evaluating assessments, or distributing assignments—our platform manages academic delivery
- Presenting lectures or adhering to predetermined curricula
- Supervising or closely monitoring unengaged students—we coach with purpose, not constant oversight
- Participating in redundant meetings or administrative red tape
- Operating on autopilot—this team is designed for individuals committed to high-level performance and meaningful impact
