Senior Program Manager

• Oversee the development and annual updates of program publications and training materials
• Collaborate with the Operations Director to analyze schedules and allocate resources effectively
• Set annual goals and deliverable timelines in partnership with state education department leads
• Manage tasks and responsibilities of team members and subcontractors, ensuring project accuracy
• Conduct post‑implementation meetings to document project outcomes and implement best practices

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in program management or a related role
• Experience working directly with senior‑level clients, government stakeholders, and educators
• Familiarity with large‑scale assessments is desired
• Willingness to travel 4–5 times annually for client meetings and/or conferences

• PMP, SCRUM, or other relevant certification
• Understanding of document accessibility and compliance requirements
• Editorial experience is a plus
• Experience with a learning management system (LMS) and development of training modules
