TinyEYE Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Virtual Social Worker to join our mission‑driven team supporting schools in Wyoming. This part‑time, remote position offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact by empowering students to thrive socially, emotionally, and academically, all from the comfort of your home.

• Format: Virtual (Remote)
• Elementary, Middle, Junior High, and High School

• Provide virtual social‑emotional support and counseling to students across grade levels.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to promote emotional and academic success.
• Collaborate remotely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs.
• Offer virtual crisis intervention and connect families with community resources as needed.
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings in a virtual setting.

• Required: Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Required: Wyoming licensure as a LMSW/LCSW
• Preferred: Experience in a school‑based or pediatric environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for supporting student well‑being in a virtual setting
