Your track record speaks for itself—whether earned in competition, performance, or professional achievement. Now it's time to channel that discipline into something that scales. At GT Anywhere, you'll serve as an academic advisor helping students accomplish what seems impossible: falling in love with learning, accelerating their growth, and becoming independent thinkers. You'll do it remotely, from wherever you choose to work.
GT Anywhere operates as a virtual academy designed for gifted learners who thrive on acceleration. We combine AI-driven coursework with personalized coaching to provide what conventional education cannot: unlimited progression speed, rigorous depth across science and the humanities, and a network of intellectually matched peers. In your role as an Academic Advisor, you'll support students in grades 3 through 8 who are ready to move faster.
You won't be delivering lessons—our platform manages that. You are the coach who cultivates confidence, maintains high standards, and unlocks potential. Each session is meaningful. Each milestone is earned.
- Conducting biweekly individual virtual coaching sessions with each assigned student, centered on academic planning, motivation, and growth mindset development
- Hosting open office hours where students can drop in for live support, encouragement, or problem-solving
- Leveraging AI-driven tools and performance dashboards to monitor student advancement, pinpoint obstacles, and refine your coaching tactics
- Documenting observations, alerts, and strategic updates to keep every student on an accelerated learning path
- Partnering with your coaching team to exchange best practices, elevate issues, and continuously refine the advisory model
- Delivering instruction, evaluating assessments, or distributing assignments—our technology manages the curriculum
- Presenting lectures or adhering to a prescribed lesson plan
- Hand-holding or constantly monitoring unmotivated students—we coach with intent, not oversight
- Enduring redundant meetings or administrative red tape
- Settling for mediocrity—this team is designed for individuals committed to high performance and meaningful impact
