At 2 Hour Learning, we have developed a system in which students learn at double the typical pace in just two hours per day. This performance is driven by AI tutors, mastery-based advancement, and a significant break from traditional classroom design. The outcomes speak for themselves. We now need a leader who can harmonize execution across varied school environments, elevate academic leadership standards, and serve as the public advocate for a movement rooted in sound learning science.

This role is not about theoretical inquiry. It is a leadership responsibility. You will own the academic strategy in action, establish clear benchmarks, diagnose execution shortfalls, and guide high-performing teams to produce measurable results. You will convert our scientific principles into operational rigor and articulate the rationale for this model to external audiences.

• Developing academic frameworks that convert learning science into actionable guidance for curriculum design, motivational systems, and application architecture.
• Conducting academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure school teams remain aligned, accountable, and results-driven.
• Integrating data, stakeholder interviews, and direct observation into comprehensive academic ecosystem assessments that identify the most impactful obstacles to accelerated learning and recommend targeted interventions.
• Maintaining strategic alignment through structured planning, continuous feedback, and milestone management to sustain focus on student learning objectives.
• Serving as the principal representative of 2 Hour Learning in high-profile settings—from keynote addresses to engagements with Ministries of Education—catalyzing systemic transformation in global education thinking.

• Working on fragmented curriculum initiatives that do not contribute to systemic transformation.
• Producing theoretical research disconnected from measurable student outcomes or operational execution.
• Transferring accountability for performance to mid-level managers or external consultants.
• Depending on institutional prestige or conceptual arguments to convince doubtful stakeholders.

Expand and refine 2 Hour Learning's validated academic model by aligning execution across multiple schools, raising leadership standards, and establishing yourself as the authoritative public voice of a movement anchored in robust science and demonstrated outcomes.

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field
• 7+ years leading academic or EdTech teams with evidence of exceptional learning outcomes
• Proven experience applying AI or technology to accelerate learning
• Track record of public thought leadership such as media, keynotes, books, or advising
• Strong performance management skills with the ability to hold elite peers to a high bar
• Fluent in interpreting data to diagnose learning issues and direct interventions
• Comfortable engaging directly with students, parents, and school leaders

• Founded or led an innovative school model, lab school, or high-performing EdTech venture
• Experience navigating cultural, political, or international education contexts
• Deep familiarity with Bloom's 2 Sigma research and other mastery learning frameworks
