You’ll be the person who maintains momentum and ensures seamless operations. Your job is to guide students through transitions, foster engagement in collaborative activities, and provide encouragement when motivation dips. Content delivery isn’t your responsibility, but your presence will be critical to the success of every session.

• Facilitating live virtual workshops by coordinating breakout rooms, managing transitions, and overseeing group activities
• Encouraging student participation and motivation using chat features, recognition, and one‑on‑one outreach
• Ensuring students remain engaged, confident, and connected throughout their learning experience
• Supporting lead educators with operational tasks that ensure workshops flow without interruption
• Serving as a culture champion and reliable presence across bilingual sessions and extracurricular clubs

Facilitate dynamic, virtual learning environments by ensuring students remain engaged, organized, and motivated throughout each workshop.

• Available to work 8am – 5pm M-F US Mountain Time (UTC-7)
• Minimum 3 years of experience mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or working with youth in a leadership capacity
• Educational background in US, Canadian, or UK school systems (K‑16) – must have attended school in one of these countries (current location can be anywhere)
• Excellent communication abilities and strong proficiency with digital platforms
• Student‑centered, energizing demeanor with attention to detail and smooth facilitation

• Familiarity with online learning platforms or youth enrichment initiatives
• Experience in after‑school programs, summer camps, or youth club leadership

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $20 USD/hour, which equates to $40,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
