Position Overview
This adjunct faculty member teaches Political Sciences courses.
What you will be doing
* Teaches lecture and laboratory sections
* Evaluates and advises students
* Participates in departmental and College affairs
* Develops curricula
* Recruits students
* Serves on committees
* Performs other duties as assigned
What you need to succeed
* Master's degree in Political Science or Master's degree with a total of 18 graduate semester hours in Political Science
* All educational degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
* Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Must be a Florida resident
* Ability to work well with students and colleagues in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural environment
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekend assignments
Additional Requirements
The final candidate is to successfully complete a background screening and reference check process.
