Instructional Coach

Overview:
The Middle School MTSS Coordinator/Activities Director provides leadership for the district’s extracurricular programs and middle school curriculum coordination. This position is designed with a flexible work structure that balances on-site supervision responsibilities with remote work opportunities. While some duties may be performed remotely, consistent presence on campus is required to effectively supervise extracurricular activities, support staff, and ensure student safety and program quality.

Key features of this position include:

* A flexible daily schedule to accommodate supervision of extracurricular activities occurring outside of the traditional school day.

* Eligibility for work-from-home time for duties that do not require on-site supervision or in-person collaboration.

* Regular on-campus presence during key instructional and activity periods to ensure effective supervision and program leadership

* A district-provided cell phone allowance to ensure accessibility and communication during both on-site and off-site work hours.
